An alliance between two highly-respected Tier 1 contractors has identified the need to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and work on a complex scheme for Thames Water. This joint venture has been successful in exceeding expectations and are still continuing to grow and expand, making it easy to progress within the role.

Whilst reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager, you will have the opportunity to build a portfolio of work with your team allowing you to enhance your commercial skills and further your career in Quantity Surveying. This will be working on a framework based contract worth £40m per annum split across two deliveries.

The current Commercial Manager has been with the company for 5 years and he has worked his way up from Assistant level in this time. Throughout the length of the 5 year framework, he is looking to recruit someone to follow in his success and work their way up to Commercial Manager level. With the excellent training and opportunity for career progression they offer, this could be you!

Required:

NEC contract experience

Civils experience

Desired:

Degree qualified or equivalent
