Are you a Construction Manager with fit-out experience of working on high profile residential developments?

Do you have proven experience in working on major multi-million pound residential projects?

Are you looking for an exciting long term freelance opportunity on one of London’s most prestigious developments?

Responsibilities:

As Construction Manager your role will involve being part of a successful team looking after the fit-out on a highly impressive £100m plus residential project. Reporting into the Project Manager, your role will involve managing subcontractor’s quality of work and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management. Experience as a Construction Manager, with a structured career history within a main contractor or a developer is essential.

Required criteria:

•          Commercial or Residential Experience

•          Fit-out experience

•          Experience of working on projects £20m plus
