A market leader within the utilities market has identified the need to recruit a Quantity Surveyor into the business for a key water framework contract. This contract has been successful in exceeding expectations and are still continuing to grow and expand making it easy to progress within the role.

Initially, the role will involve a backlog on sub-contractor applications worth about £2m, and will then be looking to take full commercial control of a £7.5-8m package of work. With the framework contract due to run until 2022 with possible extension, this role will offer a bare minimum of 6 months of work.

Whilst reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager, you will have the opportunity to work under your own direction and control whilst enhancing your skills and knowledge.

Required:

Utilities experience

Desired:

Degree, qualified or equivalent

Water experience
