Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor - Hertfordshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor working for an exciting organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established building services team within an exciting and progressive company. The role is initially for 3 months, but for the right candidate this will be extended.  

As a Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor you will:

Inspect contractors’ works ensuring that all works are kept to the highest possible standards 

Manage the existing compliance database, ensuring 100% compliance is kept

Survey existing stock, including cooling towers, ensuring compliance and that records are kept up to date 

Assist with mechanical and Electrical and compliance capital work projects. 

Essential criteria:

You will have 5 years’ experience working in compliance within building services 

To have worked as a Mechanical and Electrical Surveyor

Experience of handling contractors, as well as budgets 

Experience surveying water tanks and commercial buildings, ideally with L8 qualification
