Quantity Surveyor - East Sussex

One of the UK’s leading utilities contractors are currently seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to manage a section of a long-term framework contract for Southern Water.

Their aim is to be the top grossing utilities contractor in the South-East within the next 5 years. In order to help achieve this they plan to attract an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join a £40m framework contract with the opportunity to commercially manage £15m of projects. This framework is scheduled to run until 2020,so there is the opportunity for the chosen Quantity Surveyor to progress to Senior Level. And it is also a great opportunity to freelancers for their next long term contract.

This project is successful and is expanding on an annual basis. They require a Quantity Surveyor to join and continue the successful performance of the project, a Surveyor who has an organised and hardworking approach. You can learn from the Senior Surveyors  and assisst in the development of Junior staff. What else could you possibly need?

Required:

• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Full UK driving license
• Civils framework experience

Desired:

• Utilities experience
