The only event of this kind, the Repairs and Maintenance Conference offers the latest insights, practical and strategic advice to repairs and maintenance professionals. The event schedule comprises of keynote sessions and industry case studies led by industry experts, along with master class sessions covering various subjects such as: procurement, gas servicing, void reduction and linking repairs and asset management to neighborhoods.

Housing 2017 [29th June 2017]
This is Europe's largest housing event for everyone who works in the social and affordable housing industries, bringing together housing associations, local authorities, housebuilders, funders, contractors, advisors and Housing Ministers. 2016's events revolved around CIH's centenary anniversary focusing on how people can shape the future of housing. With more than 300 exhibitors, the event also featured an 'unconference' session at #thetreehouse fringe event and a conference within a conference focusing on health and housing.
Annual Conference and Housing Exhibition 2016 [21st-23rd Sept 2016]
The Annual Conference and Housing Exhibition is UK's largest event for housing associations. Over 2000 housing professionals will be attending the big debate and lightning talks throughout the three-day event.

London Housing Summit [6th October 2016]
This event is centered around London's current housing state characterized by the low affordability and social housing supply crisis. This one-day event will consist of debating sessions on subjects such as: the increased affordability; reduced homelessness; improvement of standards; support in private rented sector and the improvement of energy efficiency; as well as some workshops where people can learn from industry leaders.
Senior Leaders Conference 2016 [ 6th October 2016]
This event gathers leaders from across the public, private and voluntary sectors to discuss the respective challenges they face. The event will comprise "ten-minute-turn-a-rounds" master class sessions designed to help people with the skills they need to lead the staff effectively – as well as an excellent line up of speakers.
This is a great networking opportunity for leaders in the housing sector that would like to stay up-to-date with current issues impacting their businesses and hear advice on how to fix them.
Homes 2016 [16th-17th November 2016]
Homes 2016 is probably: ''The only large-scale housing event taking place in London to bring together local authority, housing association, housebuilder professionals, with their lead advisors, across residential development, asset management and procurement.''
