Commercial Manager (Civils)

Salary:  to £95k + package

Based:  Surrey (GU1)

A leading specialist infrastructure contractor has an exciting role for a Commercial Manager to join the team and take up an important role within their major projects division:

The position will see you work closely with key directors in initially tendering, then securing and leading projects within the UK that can range in value from £5m – 150m.  You will build a commercial team and develop an environment focused around achieving success and growth.  The contracts will be delivered under either a JV scenario, or individually.  There are excellent long term career prospects within this role, that can move towards Commercial Director.

Experience Required:

• Strong pre and post contract commercially
• Able to take a lead role in areas like Tender Reviews, contract negotiation / agreement
• Look to want to build a commercial team
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Excellent NEC experience and knowledge
• Strong communicator
• Ideally degree qualified / Chartered
