Head of Engineering and Innovation

Salary: Up to £120k + Package + Bonus

Based:  Surrey (RH12)/Hybrid

We are seeking a visionary Head of Engineering and Innovation to lead and inspire our engineering team, driving innovation and delivering fresh approaches across our civil engineering operations. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to rethink traditional processes, explore new technologies, and push boundaries to improve how we work and deliver complex infrastructure projects.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our engineering strategy, encouraging creative thinking, and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. You’ll lead a team of talented engineers while also mentoring the next generation of professionals through our structured graduate program. By fostering a culture that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous development, you will help position the business at the forefront of modern engineering.

With a strong background in civil engineering and must have Chartered Engineer (CEng) status, you’ll bring a wealth of technical expertise and the confidence to challenge established practices. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving will be critical, as will your passion for developing people and inspiring change. You’ll work closely with other senior leaders to ensure our engineering solutions meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
