Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to take on a prestigious role with an exciting residential development in London? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.
This leading contractor is looking for a Project Manager to join an ambitious project team, working on a £60 million residential project. This role will require an individual who has a passion for the construction industry, and a desire to be part of a groundbreaking development in the heart of London.
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project from inception to completion, ensuring that the development is delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will be required to coordinate the activities of the project team, liaising with external stakeholders such as architects, contractors and suppliers.
To be considered for this role, you must have significant experience in the construction industry, and hold a relevant professional qualification. You will need to have an excellent understanding of the project lifecycle, and be able to manage effective working relationships with project stakeholders.
This role requires strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be highly numerate, with a good eye for detail and the ability to draw up accurate reports and budgets.
