As Project Manager you will possess a strong background in project management within the construction sector, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential developments. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential, as the role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, contractors, and team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and design through to completion.
• Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure project goals are met.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control and safety standards.

Required skills and experience:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Demonstrable experience with high-rise residential developments.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
