This is a Tier 1 subcontractor with projects throughout the West Midlands looking for a freelance Project Manager to oversee a £3.5 - 4.5 million heavy civils project, developing water treatment works. They are looking to fill the Project Manager role before the project starts in April to ensure thorough preparation. This is the first project of a series that will provide long term engagement for quality candidates.

The ideal Project Manager candidate will have:

• Structured work experience
• Proven experience in heavy civil engineering
• Ability to lead and manage large projects from inception to completion
• Clear and comprehensive communication throughout all stages and stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
