Quantity Surveyor (Telecom Civils)

Based:  London (EC1) and home / hybrid

About the Company:

A leading civils and telecoms contractor with an exceptional reputation in delivering key infrastructure and rail contracts in the UK, has an exciting role for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

About the Role:

The position will be focused around 2 key contracts.  The position will see you take full commercial responsibility of key packages of work, reporting into a Commercial Manager.  You will be responsible for all the commercial tasks up to final account, dealing with Compensation Events, managing risk and strong reporting skills.

About You:

• Be able to work independently
• Have MEP experience or Telecoms, ideally in civils (first criteria is key)
• Strong NEC experience
• Have worked for a Tier 2 / 3 contractor
• Structured career history
