Quantity Surveyor (Civils & Rail)

Rate:  to £350 per day Ltd

Based:  West London (UB6)

About the Company:

A leading UK Rail contractor seeks a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The company have been successful in securing a major portfolio of work within the civils, aviation and rail sector with schemes ranging from £1 – 20m.

About the Role:

The Quantity Surveyor will take commercial responsibility over their own portfolio of work, taking a project from inception through to completion, reporting into the Lead Commercial Manager.  Working closely with the Project Management and delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring commercial time frames and targets are met.

About You:

• Strong NEC experience
• Have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
• Have worked for an established UK contractor
• Be able to work under your own initiative
• Have the ability to spot commercial opportunity
