Exciting Role for a Section Engineer to join a Leading Civil Engineering Contractor!
Leading civil engineering contractor is currently recruiting a Section Engineer to be a pivotal part of an exhilarating highway project. As a Section Engineer, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to showcase their expertise in Highways and Utility Diversions, working closely with a dedicated project team to achieve outstanding results.

**Role and General Responsibilities:**
The Section Engineer
- Prepare outline RAMS for utility diversion works and associated roadworks, including traffic management.
- Liaise with the National Highways team on Utilities.
- Coordinate with Utility Companies on programmes and designs.
- Collaborate with More JV Designers on spaceproofing for Utility Diversions.
- Contribute to Clause 31 programme on roadworks and utilities.
**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required:**
- A Degree or HND in Civil Engineering.
- SMSTS certification.
- Proven experience in Highways projects, particularly with National Highways.
- Expertise in earthworks and drainage.
- Familiarity with NEC Option C Contracts.
- Understanding of contestable and non-contestable utility works.
- Knowledge of the significance of the C2-9 Process as defined in the NRSWA.
- Experience in managing utilities and subcontractors carrying out utility works.
