The Company

A large contractor with an excellent reputation in delivering projects to the highest standard across many different sectors in locations all across the world. Capable of taking on the smaller projects and the larger ones, this contractor is trusted to deliver every single time by repeat clients as they offer the highest standards on projects. Due to a key project being well and truly underway, they are on the lookout for a Senior Construction Manager.

The Role

As Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the running of the sites fit out doings on a day-to-day basis. Having a hand in most things that happen across the site, as Senior Construction Manager you will need to have experience working with Stakeholders in different aspects of the build including Health & Safety, Quality, Procurement, Contract Management and other aspects that may arise daily. Someone who has great communication skills and is capable of multi-tasking will thrive in this role as Senior Construction Manager

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Construction Manager
• Fit Out experience would be beneficial
• Previously worked on large projects of £50 Million+
• UK Passport is essential here
