About the Role: As a Senior Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will be responsible for managing the estimating process from start to finish, including reviewing project documentation, preparing cost estimates, and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and the wider team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a respected name in the industry while ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and manage tender submissions, including detailed cost estimates.
• Assess project requirements and advise on best practices and efficient solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide support and guidance to junior estimators and assist in their development.
• Ensure that all tender submissions are aligned with the company’s policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in estimating, particularly within RC Frame and Groundworks.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and cost management.
• Excellent attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with estimating software and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
