Market leading civil engineering contractor is looking for a Senior Planner to play a key role on a major highway project in Cornwall. They are seeking a meticulous and strategic individual to take the helm in developing and maintaining a detailed Construction Schedule. This position is not merely a job; it is a chance to leave a lasting imprint on a landmark project.

As a Senior Planner, you will be instrumental in the strategic planning and execution of a major highways project. Your expertise will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans, identifying critical pathways, and providing solutions to potential challenges.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in construction planning, with a focus on civil engineering or highways projects.
• Proficiency in planning software ideally Aphex.
• A track record of successful project delivery, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
• A relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., in Construction Management or Civil Engineering) is highly desirable.
