Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils Water)
Salary:  TO £70k + excellent package
Based:  West Midlands (WR9) - Hybrid

About the Company:
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established but rapidly growing civils contractor.  Their portfolio in the UK covers mainly the water sector, however they are involved in other markets where they are seen to have an excellent reputation for innovative and efficient engineering delivery.  They have an excellent track record of developing and looking after their employees, along with a dynamic and progressive work environment.

About the Role:
It will focus around one of the biggest water civils frameworks in the UK.  The projects will range in value from £15m – 25m.  The role will see you report into the Lead Commercial Manager and oversee some of the more complex schemes within the framework.  The position will see you take full commercial responsibility of the contract, so the ability to work independently is key along with being able to forge strong working relationships with the engineering and project delivery teams.

• Strong sub-contract management
• Client interfacing skills
• Excellent NEC knowledge
• Strong civils background in £10m + projects
• Have a structured career
