Senior Quantity Surveyor (Heavy Civils)

Freelance:  to £550 per day Ltd

Based:  NW London (UB7)

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a major infrastructure project.

The suitable Senior Quantity Surveyor will have extensive NEC experience in £100m+ UK infrastructure projects, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor or major Tier 2 contractor.  The role will see you manage large sub-contract packages, reporting into a Lead Section Commercial Manager. 

Experience and Background Required:

• Major civils experience on UK based contracts
• Strong NEC experience
• Be able to work on site
• Able to work under their own direction and control
• Commercially astute
• Be available within a 2-3 week timeframe
