Senior Quantity Surveyor (Groundworks, RC & Civils)
Day Rate:  to £500 per day Ltd
Based:  Berkshire (RG7)

About the Company:
Highly regarded and respected specialist civils contractor seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a prestigious contract.  Company turnover £200m per annum, with civils making up £75m.  There is an exciting growth strategy in place to grow this area of the business.  Project values range up to £30m.

About the Role:
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take full commercial control of a £20m groundwork, RC and civils project.  The project is due to commence in June, and following this there will be a number of key projects up for grabs with client.  The role will report into the Sector Commercial Director

About You:

• NEC experience
• Able to take a project from inception through to completion
• Good client interfacing skills
• Ideally degree qualified
• Able to spot commercial opportunity in a contract
• Enjoy working within a dynamic environment
• Be able to work well within a team that includes delivery and design teams
