Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils / Construction)

Salary:  TO £75k + package

Based:  Kent (CT17)

About The Company:

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for one of the leading UK infrastructure contractors who have secured a key contract at Dover Port.

About the Role:

A recently awarded £65m project is about to get underway and it requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.  Initially at ECI stage, the project is set to move into construction phase.  It will involve both civils and build works for a major facility.  The project will be NEC Option C.  The position will see you work closely with the Lead Commercial Manager, overseeing key packages of work.

Experience Required:

• Good civils or build experience, working on NEC contracts
• Ideally degree or HND level qualification
• Structured career history
• Good client interfacing skills
• Ability to spot commercial opportunity and drive efficiency
• Looking to progress to Commercial Manager
