A key Civils and Utilities contractor in the UK, with major Data Centre projects in Europe, is urgently looking for a new Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their UK Utilities team.

This project will cover the power connection to a new Data Centre, with a total project valued between £10 - £18 million. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to step up into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role, reporting to a strong MQS as well as managing an excellent Jnr QS. This is also a great opportunity for someone potentially interested in a move towards overseas Data Centre projects in the future.

Senior Quantity Surveyor applicants must have previous Utilities / Civils experience, leadership skills, and 5 years commercial experience. This role would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking for career growth with a well-respected contractor and future opportunities in the UK and abroad.
