A company with an extensive background in carrying out large scale projects across the UK and Europe are on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with MEP experience to operate on a Data Centre project. With a rich history working in many different sectors including Civils, Data Centres, Life Sciences, Infrastructure, Education, Transport Residential and many others, this contractor is never short for work and is always carrying out projects to the highest standards. The Senior Quantity Surveyor on this project will be trusted implicitly with his tasks to do the same.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor on this project, you will join a team of Commercial Staff carrying out a £400 Million contract with the MEP portions in your control. With a team of Quantity Surveyors and Assistant Quantity Surveyors at your disposal, you will be the point of contact for the Commercial Manager who you will be reporting too. The Senior Quantity Surveyor they are searching for will need to be capable of managing packages of work autonomously as you would be trusted with your own tasks.
With a longstanding relationship with this multi-national client, they are looking for someone who is capable of retaining that relationship by ensuring the MEP packages of work you will be working on are carried out to the highest possible standards. With a contractor of this magnitude, you can see yourself progressing and developing with things like gaining your chartership being a real possibility here.
