Growing civils contractor seeks a commercial astute Senior Quantity Surveyor:

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established and growing civils contractor!

A highly regarded civils contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to focus on their Scottish based projects.  The group delivers around £190m turnover, with the Scottish region about to deliver around £80m but with the view of growing that.  Their work involves civils, structures, and infrastructure electrical and focused mainly within the renewable and energy sectors.

The suitable candidate will report into the Head of Commercial and run a large portfolio of work, alongside mentoring a small commercial team.

• Strong NEC experience
• Be able to run a portfolio of projects, or 1 major scheme
• Be able to lead and mentor

• Degree qualified
• Have a structured career history
