Salary:  to £70k + package

Based:  Heathrow (TW6 1QG)

• Are you a Site Agent with experience on demanding and complex civil engineering projects?
• Would you be interested in working with the Aviation sector?
• Would you like to work for one of the leading Global Aviation and Engineering organisations with an exciting portfolio of work in the UK?

The work my client is carrying out at the UK’s largest airport spans from airfield works (taxiways, runways, stands), to build and civil MEP packages (services, tunnels, lifts, life safety systems, fuel/fire mains).

Key skills and experience:

• Successful experience at a management engineering level in construction (on site), specifically in civils packages like roads / structures / RC
• Demonstrated application of growing commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience of working in a cost-conscious environment
• Good people management experience
• Experience in managing subcontractors.
• Experience in stakeholder’s management (client)
• Relationship building with external parties is a critical requirement
• Technology knowledge with significant previous experience
• A highly capable construction problem solver
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact at a variety of levels.
• Computer literacy advance
• CSCS card
