Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and the client, to ensure seamless project progression.
• Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Monitor project progress, preparing regular reports and updates for senior management.
• Resolve any on-site issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects, preferably within the student accommodation sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
